Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) agents for customer service!

Training starts (June 9th, 2025)

EPS (Electronic Payment Services) has the responsibility of resolving doubts, complaints, and escalations regarding the use of cards, benefits and tools related to the United States government regarding welfare.

Earn up to 17,000.00 MXP before taxes

Requirements:

· Customer service experience

· Conversational English 80%

· PC Management (office tools)

Schedules:

· Monday to Friday

· 6am to 8pm shifts will be delivered after training according to business requirements.
