Position: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
Serves as partner to business/functional leader(s) providing thoughtful input on business issues and people related actions. Focus on employee relations, employee and manager coaching, talent acquisition, and change management. Responsible for defining and executing required HR solutions. Works with management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to drive actions that deliver results. Supports the organization's overall business strategy through effective management of human resources by applying company policies and programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of business issues with people related impacts, resolving employee relations issues through coaching, direction and decision making. 30%
Participates in company-wide programs and owns the implementation of them for their customers (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, engagement actions, and organizational change). 25%
Assists business customers in the development of solutions related to engagement, culture and organizational development 15%
Leads projects focused on supporting business change and/or related to HR initiatives and programs.15%
Education and Experience:
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, etc.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years in HR
Advanced English proficiency
Continuous improvement mindset; experience with process improvements and optimization a plus
