This role is for one of Honeywell's sites in Chihuahua, Ch.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the site. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
• Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth in a challenging start up environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with urgency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies. Able to lead within a cross-functional organization and articulate production escalations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees. Direct hands-on/tactical support, including floor presence and consistent availability.
• Drive a results-oriented culture within the plant, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring accountability at all levels.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet production targets and financial objectives.
• Promote Honeywell behaviors such as data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and innovation in all aspects of plant operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.
• Strong experience working in a High-Mix/Low-Volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in metal-mechanical operations (Sheet Metal fabrication, machining, painting, assembly)
• Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing site operations and greenfield projects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
