?? Work Mode: Hybrid + regional travel
?? Mission:As Regional Manager, you will be the strategic link between Pierre Fabre and our key distribution and promotional partners. Your goal will be to actively contribute to the regional strategy and lead the execution of key initiatives across Central America and LATAM.
? Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles (sales and marketing)
- Proven track record in distributor management, B2B sales, and leading commercial teams
- Familiarity with the dermo-cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Fluent English (written and spoken)—essential for international environment
- Strong knowledge of the Central American and Latin American markets is a plus
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets for each LATAM country, in coordination with regional leaders
- Drive efficiency and productivity through structured resource management, marketing/digital investments, and talent development
- Support brand and portfolio optimization based on key performance indicators
- Foster a digital-first, patient-/consumer-centric mindset to position Pierre Fabre as a trusted partner in the region
- Implement a differentiated medicalization strategy
- Promote the exchange of best practices with other regional and global teams
- Ensure full compliance with ethical, regulatory, and sustainability (Green Mission) standards
- Collaborate with support functions (legal, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of Group processes and tools
