Place to work: Guadalajara, Jal.

Purpose

To understand, to plan and anticipating market trends and customer needs. To analyze and understanding the key strengths and weaknesses of the main competitors. To identify new potential businesses.

Responsabilities

• Be responsible for export sales.

• To attend the client portfolio.

• To prospect the market and getting new business opportunities.

• To develop business strategies based on the needs of current customers.

• To negotiate the inventory.

• To manage pricing and volume.

• To development new products in order to improve the profitability and growth of the assigned business or market segment.

• To anticipate market trends and customer needs to have a competitive advantage.

• To prepare the necessary documentation for quotes.

• To register orders and invoices in the SAP system.

• Manage with production the priorities, in case of delay with delivery dates.

Requeriments

· More than 3 years of experience in the flexible packaging market, with customer direct contact (Development / Technical Assistance / Sales / Customer Service).

· Ability and experience to work in a multi-cultural environment

· Ideally Engineering, Administration, Commercial or related finished studies.

· English Language skills.

· Knowledge of SAP and Excel.

· Knowledge of FSSC-22000, ISO-9001, BPM, HACCP (COFEPRIS)

· Available to travel (local and international).

· Drive’s license.

Salary&Benefits

· Monthly salary $60,000 to 70,000

· 13% Saving Fund, 13% Shoping Tickets, Anual bonus 30 days, Life insurance, Major medical insurance, utility car.

· Full time, presential mode, from Monday to Friday, from 8h30 to 17h30

· Permanent contract (first 3 months with an evaluation contract)
