Descripción
POSITION: Planning and Supply Chain Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations Mexico
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage a team of cross-functional direct and indirect reports to develop and deliver industry-leading concepts for Supply Chain, while coordinating efforts and methodologies with global offices.
· Define and ensure continual alignment of team's efforts with strategic objectives.
· Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that product assortment, stocking policies, and replenishment strategies are properly aligned with the needs of the business.
· Develop end-to-end product flow strategies to optimize availability and costs across all channels and product groups.
· Assess network and inventory optimization needs based on supply chain complexity, performance goals, and data integrity.
· Build a strong partnership with the BI group to ensure that supply chain analytics solutions align with enterprise technology, data governance and strategy.
· Build a strong partnership with the Production group to ensure that inventory space plans are fully optimized to provide process synergies and efficiencies throughout the operation.
· Define a metrics framework for tracking the use of analytics solutions and supply chain planning technologies and their generated ROIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory management related field.
· Experience leading successful cross-functional supply chain projects and initiatives.
· Experience leading or heavily participating in analytics project or technology implementations.
· Experience with materials management, demand planning, inventory planning, sourcing, purchasing, and logistics including process execution for capacity and space optimization.
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating both the core team and distributed resources, with a broad range of skill sets.
· Proven ability to collaborate and influence various roles and profiles across business.
· Strong analytical and financial skills.
· Advanced skills in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office suite for data preparation and presentation.
