Knowledge and responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position are to coordinate all legal training matters, manage our training and certification process, and support development ladders for hourly and salary employees. Coordinate trainers. This position is key for improving manufacturing processes in all training and certifications matters, this process is auditable by ISO, part of our Quality Systems. This position could evolve to coordinate DO in our Chihuahua operations.
?Experience in Manufacturing plants as a training coordinator.
?Excellent communication and leadership skills.
?Knowledge and experience in training and certification processes.
?Experience in Electronic industry is desirable.
?Knowledge in training legal management (Government requirements like: STPS, DNC, Annual training plan, DC1, DC2, D3, SIRCE system, etc.)
?Experience Leading/supervising people.
?Knowledge/experience on Projects administration.
?Knowledge ISO9001 requirement is a plus.
?Experience in HR department Functions is a plus.
?Experience in Manufacturing and Quality process is a plus.
?Knowledge/experience in lean manufacturing is a plus.
Job Requirements
?Bachelor's degree in industrial, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
?Master's degree in human resources management is a plus.
?Minimum 4 years' experience in training and certifications coordination.
?Fluent English speaker.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
?Must be a self-starter / People oriented.
?Negotiating skills.
?Result oriented.
?Must be a team player
?Strong planning and organization skills
?Passport and US Visa / Willing to travel
