To provide day to day “hands on” management and assistance to the Order Entry Team with functional responsibilities; including but not limited to hiring new OE associates, training new and existing OE associates, process eBusiness trade orders in Oracle. The Team Supervisor will lead by example; creating an environment that is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Oversee the daily operation of the Guadalajara Order Entry team.
Functions:
Compile reports and analyze data to determine trends, opportunities and identify necessary changes to processes or procedures.
Recruit, hire and train new associates
Participate in internal and external meetings as the representative or expert for the team
Coordinate creation and maintenance of Standard Procedure directions, Job Aid documents and flow charts for training
Effectively delegate when needed and manage follow through
Review all reports for daily order processing to ensure orders are accurate and entered timely
Work cross-functionally with US Supervisors and Leads to resolve issues within 24 hours
Understand business processes and Oracle order entry system to support order throughput
Assist with order entry duties as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
Promote company vision of providing world class service through the establishment and enforcement of rules, policies, procedures, “best practices” and continuous improvement ideology
Identify areas where process or system enhancement is needed to improve productivity, efficiency or reduce expenses in the department or organization; identify solutions and work to implement
Perform accurate data entry of detailed information in accordance with established standards
Resolve escalated situations, complex transactions and critically time sensitive problems working cross-functionally as needed.
