We're looking for a strong operational leader for a key on-site account (On-Site Account Manager)
Location: Apodaca NL
Schedule: Full-time
Do you have experience managing high-impact accounts, leading on-site operations, and driving cost-saving initiatives? This may be your next professional challenge.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily operations at a high-volume client site.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and contract terms are met.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Represent the company in client meetings, building trust and strategic alignment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings, leading improvement initiatives from start to finish.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing on-site teams, warehouses, and inventory operations.
- Proven track record in cost-saving or efficiency projects.
- Strong background in budget control, resource management, and customer service.
- Advanced Excel skills and fluent English (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
