We're looking for a strong operational leader for a key on-site account (On-Site Account Manager)

Location: Apodaca NL

Schedule: Full-time

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations at a high-volume client site.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance targets, service levels, and contract terms are met.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Represent the company in client meetings, building trust and strategic alignment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings, leading improvement initiatives from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related fields. 
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing on-site teams, warehouses, and inventory operations.
• Proven track record in cost-saving or efficiency projects.
• Strong background in budget control, resource management, and customer service.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluent English (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
