About the Position:

Are you starting your career and passionate about learning the ins and outs of international insurance and group benefits? We are looking for a Trainee – International Benefits to support the administration and consulting processes of key corporate accounts in Group Medical Expenses (GMM).

You will receive training and mentorship to grow into a specialist in global employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of group medical insurance policies (GMM)
• Assist in preparing reports, quotes, and renewal materials
• Help coordinate client meetings and presentations
• Maintain updated records and follow up with insurers
• Collaborate with senior executives on claims analysis and vendor management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed (Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related)
• Interest in insurance, corporate consulting, or employee benefits
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
