In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development and performance management. You will work closely with the GM and the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local labor laws
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Oversee the performance management process and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and development
Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track HR operations and performance
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in the Ultra Luxury Hospitality Industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in HR software
Fluent communication in English and Spanish
Credentials to work in Mexico (permission available)
