Job Position: Coordinator
Area: Operations Control Center
Reporting to: Operations
Objective: Effectively and efficiently manage coordination of ground handling services, optimizing the customer service (internal/external) by addressing their demand and service needs; channel it appropriately and promptly within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Activities:
Comply with the company KPIs.
Provide timely follow-up on service coordination.
Generate end-of-shift reports.
Ensure accurate data entry in company´s system.
Handle information truthfully and promptly.
Identify improvements in the service process and data entry.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
Timely communication of potential complaints.
Compliance with applicable workplace regulations.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requirements.
Timely resolution of customer doubts and requests, service oriented.
Identify urgent customer requirements and escalate as needed.
Efficiently coordinate services such as: executive transportation for crew or passengers, in-flight catering, extension of services/overtime, airport services, GSE, FBO, etc.
Responsibilities:
Raise the standard of quality in customer service.
Decrease the generation of complaints.
Promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related aviation technical field preferred. A degree may be waived if relevant experience is relevant.
Experience:
1 year in the aviation or service industry is desirable.
General knowledge of executive aviation is desirable.
Advanced English skills.
Spelling and writing proficiency.
Teamwork.
Effective communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail.
