Pre-Trip Activities
Check fluid levels (oil, coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid).
Inspect tires for proper inflation and tread wear.
Ensure lights, signals, and mirrors are functioning correctly.
Verify that wipers and horn are operational.
Examine brakes and steering for any irregularities.
Plan the route to avoid traffic congestion and road construction.
Identify rest stops, fueling stations, and alternative routes.
Use GPS or mapping software for navigation.
On-the-Road Activities
Adhere to speed limits and traffic laws.
Use mirrors and check blind spots frequently.
Maintain a safe following distance.
Use indicators for lane changes and turns.
Anticipate and respond to other drivers' actions.
Be vigilant of pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
Adjust driving based on weather conditions.
- Monitoring Vehicle Performance:
Keep an eye on dashboard indicators and gauges.
Listen for unusual sounds that may indicate mechanical issues.
Qualifications:
- English intermediate (conversational).
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Attention to details.
