OVERVIEW
Detect areas of opportunity in labour relations between employees and the company, with the aim of developing legal labour strategies that ensure the implementation and development of the established strategy in labour matters, to guarantee the compliance with the established processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Consultant to the various internal clients (HR, Operations, Logistics, Ital, etc.) in order to provide support in the different projects that require his advice and prevent labour risks.
· Follow-up of the active labour portfolio in cooperation with the external firm of the assigned region to reduce labour lawsuits and protect the interests of the company.
· Keeping an accounting record of the value of the active labour portfolio, as well as of the agreements that are entered into in the assigned region.
· Follow up on the close relationship with governmental agencies such as STPS, JFCyA, Federal Government agencies, etc. Ensure the correct execution of labour processes.
· Provide advice prior to and during any governmental inspection related to administrative and labour matters, seeking compliance with legal processes and adherence to local legislation.
· Supervise compliance by the different areas that make up the corporation on the correct application of current Mexican legislation, as well as warn of any changes or modifications to the same, as well as internal policies.
· Execute each and every one of the legal and administrative processes involved in any modification to the law, in order to comply in a timely manner.
· Establish and maintain a close relationship with local service providers and legal advisors in labour matters.
WORK EXPERIENCE
· 3 years of valuable experience as a labour litigator
· 3 years of experience in early termination of employment relationships
· 3 years of experience in occupational risk prevention
· Intermediate-advanced English (Minumum solid B1)
· Previous knowledge with government relations.
