We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team located Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

What do you need to come aboard?

• English Advanced
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in ITOM.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB architecture.
• Deep understanding of Service Graph, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and CI relationships.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing MID Servers, probes, and patterns.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Orchestration and automation frameworks.
• Strong background in networking, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure components.
• Experience integrating ITOM solutions with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Cisco Intersight, AlertSite).
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of AI Ops, Machine Learning, and Predictive Intelligence within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Management (Cloud Discovery, Governance, Automation).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
• Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
• Participate in ServiceNow implementations.
