The Ford Champs Program provides undergraduate students with hands-on, career-specific experience inside Ford of Mexico.

Ford Champs program will allow to get to know different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

The Software Engineer Ford Champ will be responsible to help the IT team to document processes and procedures. Raise requirements for our Finance applications, help to the Tech Refresh process, the incident management, problem management, knowledge management, release management, security & control and maintain our team sharepoint site with this information and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop knowledge in various processes in IT and Ford Company like the Applications Architecture, Operating Systems, Databases and new technologies like Cloud and GCP.
• Help the team maintaining applications and performing changes to applications.
• Collaborate with the team using programming languages.

Qualifications

• Lasts semesters of Computer Systems Engineer or related careers.
• Intermediate English Level.
• Good level in programming languages preferably Java, .NET, C#.
• Good level with databases SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Windows and Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of Sharepoint sites.
• Willing to learn new technologies, Github, Cloud Technologies, GCP, Agile Methodologies.
• Be a curious person, create tomorrow and play to win.
