· Performs Value Analysis/Engineering studies to achieve customer objectives.

· Review and interpret requirements of the customers in conjunction with the outside sales representative.

· Provide technical Support to all intercompany departments. May include the development and execution of training.

· Attend and follow through all customer application issues.

· Attend and analyze the feasibility of the new business opportunities (RFQ).

· Perform Engineering Review of all the new business opportunities that have approved the feasibility analysis.

· Analyze and determine if the existing products adequate or comply with the customer requirements or if current products require modifications to comply with the stablished requirements.

· Participate in customer meetings/presentations and field events (conferences, webinars, etc.).

· Continuously improve the productivity and efficiency of the applicable operational processes within the company.

· Development of expense reports applicable to the current company polices.
