To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Technician in charge Changeover process located in Aguascalientes.

Coordinating the activities of the Changeover process, validating that the execution is correct in time under the already established processes, working with the different support areas to efficiently execute the Changeover so that adequate support is provided as appropriate required. Reporting incidents that arise during the execution of the Changeover.

What a typical day looks like:

• Execute Changeover activities in the SMT area in the different segments based on a production plan.
• Support production lines to improve the efficiency of the lines, as well as support the development of operational staff.
• Preparation of downtime reports based on the Changeover made during the day. Delivery of daily log of activities.
• Interact with the different support areas so that Changeover executed efficiently and within the established time according to the type of Changeover.
• Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Propose improvements to the Changeover process, participate in the development and implementation of new activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• SMT process knowledge
• Panasonic and ASM equipment operation
• Feeder set up knowledge
• Nozzle set up knowledge
• Electronic component knowledge
• Analysis and repair of easy failures (pick up, nozzle)
• Identify different components on the line.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and operator the Changeover
