Scope of Position:
The Digital & IT rotational development program is a distinctive journey into the Digital & IT universe. Over a course of two years, it fosters career progression through four 6-month rotations, each providing practical exposure to business operations, manufacturing systems, digital technologies, and corporate IT solutions in infrastructure and cyber security. The third year sees participants ascend to a landing role, mentor newcomers, and engage in formal coaching and leadership development. This early career program is designed to uplift the growth of adept, versatile professionals, ready to shape the future of the digital world.
We are looking for recent graduates, those who have graduated in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities:
- Focus is based on job role. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting analysis, providing support, problem solving / troubleshooting, and/or service development.
- Participate in operations activities to enable the management of IT services across the enterprise.
- Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts and techniques.
- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- May take on moderate size projects or several components of a large project.
- Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Learn and leverage digital technologies to make data-drive decisions and digital first solutions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or Computer Engineering
- Graduated in the last 12 months
- Prior internship or co-op experience preferably in the field of Information Technology

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.
- Able to change and adjust smoothly as the situation demands.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (i.e., Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
- Experience with creating and maintaining application and infrastructure services.
- Project management skills.
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:
- Normal work week 40+ hours (Monday - Friday)
