POSITION OBJECTIVE
To support the commercial team in developing and maintaining the tools and reports required to properly assist the distributor's network. He/she will be responsible for developing the tools that will ease the decision-making process and mitigate unnecessary investments and efforts in fronts with less potential identifying the areas of opportunities and risks and drive retail. Prepare and present, together with the sales team, the retail review, growth play, budget, etc. Provide and support the LATAM team, mainly DSM and RCM, with the intelligence necessary to develop the DAP and RAP in the CSC region.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the KPI and keep updated the sales reports for PA&A and vehicle sales, aiming at improving the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team. Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Provide business intelligence with the intent to identify business opportunities and risks, for the CSC region.
- Provide the necessary recommendation for the Net-Dev team and commercial team for network expansion in areas (regions) of opportunity where BRP does not have representation. Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Support the RCM in the preparation of business presentations for the different needs, whether it is for the distributors, internal LATAM personnel, or the head office. It is expected that the Business Specialist will also be able to present.
- Support the DSM and RCM in defining and preparing the DAP and RAP for vehicles and PA&A.
- Monitor PA&A and vehicles sales performance in comparison with corporate objectives and flag any discrepancies and outliers.
- Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports to the network.
- Support distributors with inquiries related to PA&A availability and release from the warehouse.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic and forward thinking able to propose disruptive growth plans.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, notorious teamwork synergy, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization as well as distributors.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to travel as required (approximately 3 - 5 weeks per year that could include weekends)
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, Marketing, and other related fields of study .
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (manufacturing, distribution, planning, etc.) .
Language:
- Fluent in Spanishwritten and verbal.
- English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
- Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
