BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A SKILLS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role will support with follow up, and creation of reports regarding learning and development, as well as to ensure the correct communication within the trade marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Reports - Follow up on course completion for FieldForce through Dashboards created on Excel
• Internal Communication - Design and creation of visual media for markets in Central America.
• Course Design - Design of on demand skills through platforms for the Field Force.
• Supplier communication - Ensure good communication with suppliers for the function.
• Functional Communication - Active communication above market to ensure activities are running as planned.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduation date of December 2024 or later
• Bachelor's Degree Student in HR, Administration, Communication, Marketing or any related field
• Intermediate Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word
• Fluent English (Advanced)
• Experience with video or photo edition
• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Strong communication skills
