- MES Traceability reliability
- MES maturity levels and utilization
- MES NORIS Plant Specialist & End-users support
- MES reporting governance and demand management
- MES data mining and mapping
- Reporting & SW Factory governance and standards
- Application architecture, system operation, shopfloor process, implementation, documentation, and analysis
- Database & MS SQL Reporting Services
- Tableau, PowerBI maturity levels and utilization
- Data analytics architecture - Desirable
- Agile & Innovation frameworks (SCRUM + Design Thinking)
Position Requirements
- Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience in IT and business processes.
- Desirable - Master Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Digital & Innovation, MBA.
- Experience: 3-5 years as MES coordinator
- SQL, Process architecture, modeling, documentation and analysis, Agile & Innovation frameworks (SCRUM + Design Thinking), Project Management
- Technical Skills: SQL, MSSR, ETL, Ignition, OPC UA, API Development, Tableau, Microsoft platform suite, Azure, Big Data, Apps Support
- Soft skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and influence, as well as relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties, (special focus on IT Delivery BP's), Change Management, Resiliency and Emotional Intelligence.
- English advanced
