About the Role

We're partnering with a cutting-edge AdTech company focused on building privacy-first, high-performance solutions for next-generation contextual advertising.

We're looking for a Mid-to-Senior Backend Engineer with solid GoLang experience to help us scale and optimize backend systems that process large volumes of real-time data for AI-powered ad solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in GoLang backend development.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD practices.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

• Design and scale high-performance data pipelines (APIs, streams, databases) using Go.
• Build fault-tolerant ETL/ELT workflows with monitoring/alerting for real-time & batch processing.
• Optimize throughput and reliability in distributed systems (hybrid/cloud).
• Collaborate with ML and analytics teams to integrate AI models and reporting tools.
