We are seeking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and contributing to both backend and occasional frontend development.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and strong knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of database design.
• Proficiency with version control using Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Vue.js.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of audio formats and playback.
• Experience with payment processing integrations.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
