An international robotics company is expanding its operations in Mexico and is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented experienced Inside Sales Specialist (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify leads and schedule product demos over the phone and/or email. You will report directly to the Manager - Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and to identify potential customers in target industries.
Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their business requirements/use case.
Present product features/benefits, emphasizing how their specific needs can be addressed.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our products.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs/use case and schedule demos.
Manage the sales pipeline and sales cycle by ensuring timely follow-ups.
Manage the Sales MIS and prepare sales reports/dashboard.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads/customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge - product enhancements, product improvements, new features, new products, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
3-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Executive/SDR.
Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with leads/customers.
Result-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly Gross Salary 30,000 – 40,000
