We´re looking for Automotive Industrial Engineer.

Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping: Document each step of the production process, including task duration.
- Time Studies: Measure the time required for tasks through time and motion studies.
- Identifying Bottlenecks: Analyze production data to find bottlenecks and imbalances.
- Workstation Design: Design workstations for balanced and ergonomic task distribution.
- Task Assignment: Allocate tasks to workstations based on time studies and skill needs.
- Cycle Time Calculation: Calculate cycle time for each workstation to meet production rates.
- Workstation Setup: Set up and configure workstations according to the optimized plan.
- Training: Train operators on new task assignments and workstation setups.
- Pilot Runs: Test new line configurations with pilot runs and adjust as needed.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the line balancing process.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on production line status and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Engineer within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, and material handling.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Experience in line balancing, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Ability to conduct time studies, work measurement analysis, and establish standard times.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Knowledge Team Center / Autocad
- Knowledge of material handling systems and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English Level.
Desirable:
- Experience in implementing automation and robotics in manufacturing processes.
- Good Excel skills, with macros (preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive manufacturing.
