As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line by promptly addressing any equipment issues and implementing regular maintenance plans. Join us in sustaining a high level of equipment efficiency and reliability.

Our Team

Nestled within the DataCom & Specialty Solutions division, our team operates out of Zhuhai and reports to the Production Manager. We work collaboratively with internal groups and external equipment suppliers to maintain an environment of operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Solve daily abnormal equipment issues promptly to maintain normal production line operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and primary maintenance on special equipment.
• Install, set up, calibrate, and perform check-outs on new equipment.
• Manage equipment inventory on a monthly basis and handle equipment transactions.
• Train operators on equipment general checks and ensure daily implementation.
• Allocate equipment resources efficiently and address temporary equipment needs promptly.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and provide training support to operators.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Engineering degree in Electronic or a related discipline such as optics or communication.
• Proven experience in electrical products maintenance and in operator roles.
• Advanced conversational and written English skills.
• Demonstrate strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills.
