Manage the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the processing, handling, and storage of steel coils.
Lead internal audits, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise and support the quality inspection team to meet daily operational goals.
Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to align quality expectations across the supply chain.
Act as a liaison with customers and suppliers for quality-related issues, documentation, and technical feedback.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, KPIs, and continuous improvement reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Metallurgy, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within metal, steel, or manufacturing environments.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Valid passport and U.S. visa required.
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, with familiarity in ISO 9001 and industry certifications.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing quality teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
