Infrastructure Manager (Managed Services)

To work at a highly prestigious financial company:

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Must be graduated (with diploma and/or professional license as proof).
• Availability to work: 100% On-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid scheme after the first 3 months — 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
• Work Location: Near Reforma Avenue, Mexico City, Cuauhtémoc.
• Advanced conversational English (essential), as there will be communication with suppliers and partners. An interview will be conducted in English.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with availability for operational windows.

Position Objective:

The main goal of this role is to supervise the operation, deliverables, and SLAs of IT Managed Service providers. Therefore, knowledge of infrastructure is required to manage and oversee service delivery.

Experience:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in information technology, specifically in infrastructure.
• Essential experience and/or advanced knowledge of IT managed services.

Technical knowledge required:

• Databases (AIX/ORACLE)
• Unix 6, 7, 8, and 9
• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2022
• Data Center (installation, configuration, and dismantling)
• Infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, databases)
• Virtualization (desirable VMware)
• Infrastructure Management (ITIL)
• SLA analysis
• Switches
• LAN/WAN
• UPS
