Currently we are looking for our next: HR Data Governance Coordinator
Which is the main objective of this role?
The HR Data Governance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data across all systems and processes. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including HRIS teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for HR data across all systems and processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with HRIS, and HR functional teams to identify data gaps, recommend data collection strategies, and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement data quality control measures and tools to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR data governance and advise stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support the adoption of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Proactively develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes.
- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field of study.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR data management, with a focus on data governance preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Payroll.
- 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portugueses (Basic).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Experience in programing languages like Python, R or SQL.
- Experience in database management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors.
