You will join the Research and Development team at our site in San Luis Potosi.

In the R&D team, you will be in charge of designing our laboratories for the analysis of high voltage components for electric and hybrid vehicles. Those are On-Board-Chargers, Drive Inverters or electric Motors/Drivetrains.

Your challenges :

• Support the layout of our warranty center for chargers, inverters and electric motors from scratch
• Define and implement together with the headquarter R&D teams in EU and US the warranty process, tools and machines needed for San Luis Potosi Site
• Source the market, buy the machines and tools and instal them
• Analyze parts from product validation, engineering tests and production failures
• Support the existing warranty work for alternators and starters
• Shape the future of automotive engineering and support the product launch of innovative technology for electric vehicles

Your profile

• Solution-oriented with an ability to work in a demanding environment and with the test centres in Europe and the US. Therefore good english skills are and advantage
• Engineering degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Informatics, etc.
• First experience on testing/analysis of components (electrical/mechanical), is an advantage
• First experience in working in labs, (Ideally for electric vehicles/hybrid vehicles), is an advantage
• Excellent team spirit, able to take initiative and motivated to learn fast
