• Project management and performance management experience with people management experience.
• Platform Management - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IICS.

This involves setting up servers, managing connections, and ensuring the platform's availability and performance.
• User access and security - Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within informatica environment.
• Performance tuning and optimization - Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and managing resources effectively.
• Backup and recovery - Implementing backup strategies to safeguard the data and configurations. Being responsible for disaster recovery planning and execution in terms of system failure or data loss.
• Upgrade and patch management - managing upgrades, patches, and version control of the informatica software. Ensuring that the platforms are up to date and with the latest releases and the upgrades are performed smoothly.
• Documentation and reporting - maintaining documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures within the informatica environment.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance policies, industry regulations, and best practices withing the informatica environment. Managing meta data, data lineage and ensuring data quality.
• Production migration / deployment of ETL objects and associated files through CI/CD pipelines.
• Platform support for IICS Major, minor and ad hoc releases.
• Good articulations skills to present solution.
• Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written) with overseas client handling experience.
• Experience in documenting functional and technical design.
