We are looking for a Mid-Level Pega System Architect with experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient workflow automation, case management, and integration solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of Pega architecture, best practices, and hands-on experience in system configuration and development.

Mid-Level - Pega System Architect

As a Mid-Level - Pega System Architect, you will:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Pega System Architect with experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient workflow automation, case management, and integration solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of Pega architecture, best practices, and hands-on experience in system configuration and development.
- Develop and configure Pega applications using Dev Studio, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Implement case management solutions, workflows, and automation processes within Pega.
- Integrate Pega with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with Business Architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Assist in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Pega applications.
- Ensure compliance with Pega best practices and contribute to documentation of design and development processes.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of Pega solutions in an Agile environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Pega solutions, including at least one project on Pega 24.x (Constellation).
- Strong understanding of Pega Dev Studio, rule configuration, and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Pega with APIs and external services (REST/SOAP).
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Admin Studio for basic performance monitoring and environment management.
- Knowledge of Pega DX API and front-end integration principles.
- Experience working in Agile development teams (Scrum, SAFe).
- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines.
- A mindset of continuous learning and adaptability to evolving Pega technologies.
