As a Import-Export Carrier Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in the Logistics and Transportation process.

These position are required on the following shifts:

Shift 2 : 15:00 to 00:00

Shift 3 : 23:00 to 08:00

Responsabilities:

• Operations: Manage good communication with groups of B1 drivers to maximize efficiency in all Import-Export operations, from the scheduling, track/trace, delivery y POD
• Import/Export: In charge of all import/export documentation processes (customer, border crossing, US-MX Customs / Brokers, required to assure an smooth operation.
• Tracking Shipments: Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to customers and team members.
• Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for drivers and clients, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the logistics chain.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications?

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Experience: +4 years in Transportation and logistics companies being in charge of managing B1 drivers and import/export processes.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english and spanish) with the ability to interact positively with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation logistics, routing, and scheduling processes.
• Multitasking Ability: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making skills to address challenges as they arise.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
