Key Account Executive – Senior

We are a leading company in the customs and logistics industry, currently seeking a Senior Key Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

What You'll Do:

• Prospecting and grow key client accounts within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
• Develop sales strategies and close deals with high-value clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term business relationships
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field (completed)
• 2 years of experience in logistics services sales, freight forwarders, or cargo consolidators
• Strong skills in:
• Negotiation
• Effective communication
• Customer service
• Analytical thinking
• Sales techniques
• Advanced conversational English is required
