The Role
In this position, you will lead a team of project engineers whose responsibility is to design and deliver OSI's control systems and provide ongoing customer support to ensure reliable performance and world-class customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Manage local team of project engineers.
• Qualify, assign, prioritize and allocate appropriate resources to support company projects.
• Hire and onboard new employees as needed, focus on retaining key talent.
• Be accountable for the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Evaluate team members relative to performance goals and plans.
• Determine and develop training materials and project documentation.
• Complete Project Engineering work for customer projects.
• Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems. Provide networking and system/application design. Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration, and testing for projects. Provide technical sales support of state-of-the-art power systems applications for real-time control systems, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Define project requirements through customer communication and communicate the requirements to other departments, as necessary. Customize system, hardware and network configuration based on customer requirements. Provide customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty.

What You'll Need

• English speaking and writing competency required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8 years' experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in related industry.
• 5 years' experience as a people leader
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, written, oral and presentation skills required.
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and at different levels of the organization are important.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
