The department Supply Chain at Beiersdorf IT (Beiersdorf Shared Services IT) supports and consults the business units and corporate functions of Supply Chain Management as a proactive business enabler.

The Supply Chain Manufacturing and Warehouse team is involved in all phases of software life cycle: definition, design, development, implementation, and maintenance. We own the technology and are responsible for consulting and project delivery, as well as operations and software lifecycle.

Your Tasks

• Development and maintenance of SAP eWM system
• Support implementation projects based on SAP eWM
• Knowledge in the area of SAP modules MM and LE is a plus
• Perform incident and change management process according to ITIL principles
• Act as a technical expert and collaborate closely with project leads, business partners and other functions like logistics, production, BI & master data
• Plan activities associated with implementation and maintenance of the application(s)
• Oversee effort in testing, debugging and documenting application(s)
• Assure technical documentation according to standards
• Communicate key results to customers in verbal and written formats

Your Profile

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Experience in working on complex and agile IT projects and/or maintenance and operation of WM systems
• Experience with the implementation and operation of Warehouse management systems
• SAP WM or other comparable WM systems
• SAP eWM
• Good knowledge of S/4 HANA systems
• Experience as project manager / subproject manager is a plus
