As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical operational functions to support our growth and operational excellence. You will be a key contributor to our team, ensuring the seamless onboarding of new talent, effective project management, insightful reporting, and the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Reporting and KPIs:

• Design and maintain reporting systems to track operational performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and present actionable insights based on KPIs to senior management.

Weekly Updates:

• Prepare and distribute regular weekly updates on key operational activities.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to the leadership team.

Productivity Tracking:

• Implement productivity tracking mechanisms and tools.
• Monitor and assess team and departmental productivity.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in operations management, project management, and talent onboarding.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and understanding of key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, data analytics tools).
