Benefits:

- Monday to Friday schedule (8am-5pm CST)
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of supervisors and agents focused on new loan sales and conversions
- Foster an engaging, creative environment where outstanding customer experience is the standard
- Drive alignment and consistency in people practices while implementing best-in-class strategies
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison for process changes and compliance matters
- Stay ahead of industry trends to implement next-generation practices
- Provide comprehensive analysis and insights to senior leadership
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7 years of sales management experience in a call center/inside sales environment
- Exceptional leadership abilities – you know how to motivate, coach, and develop talent
- Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems, Google Drive, and MS Office
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- A creative mind with an entrepreneurial spirit
