The ESR Manager will be responsible for managing the development and growth of the ESR team, providing leadership and direction. Supporting the vision and goals of the K12 Domestic Group New Sales department. The primary function of the ESR team is contacting schools and teachers by telephone & e-mail to promote WorldStrides products and services, qualify viable program leaders, gather information, and verify details regarding their travel plans. We generate business opportunities for our sales department. The ESR Manager trains, develops skillsets, coaches and evaluates the ESR team for prospecting and qualifying contacts in, and outside, our database, to determine which ones are viables leads worth sending to our sales colleagues (ETS) for follow-up.
The ESR manages load balances territories to be called, manages the intake and assignment of direct projects sent in by the ETS team and as required, assigns special projects to the ESRs.
Requirements:
Ensure all projects are completed on time.
Analyzes ESR effectiveness and outcomes via daily and weekly KPIs/Metrics.
Helps the team grow through positive and corrective feedback.
Prepares and checks monthly bonus statements on time.
Responsible for maintaining the appropriate headcount.
Manages the interviews and candidate selection portion of the recruitment process.
Conducts reviews, performance evaluations and assessments of the team.
