Required Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent
- 5 years' experience selling oilfield equipment or 3 years selling coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Sales and Service experience with coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment products
- Knowledge of customers in the Intervention and Stimulation market
Job Duties:
- Makes regular sales calls on existing and potential customers in specific geographic area to solicit orders for all CTN2 products and services.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales for given region/territory
- Maintains customer service and support by providing a solution sales approach
- Coordinates technical support for customers in geographic area for all CTN2 product lines
- Monitors events in the geographic area of responsibility and determine how they affect our business.
- Supports Product Development by recognizing potential new applications of CTN2 products, generating customer input on these applications, and submitting product briefs for these applications.
- Analyzes competition and assist in development of appropriate market strategy
- Utilizes CRM to provide all sales teams with regional customer feedback and new developments and regional outlooks
- Develops strategic and tactical sales and service plans for specific region
- Key performance metrics will include but not limited to % Sales growth for territory, solution sales wins, and overall territory market share gain
- Supports the Executive Sales Management team in the execution of strategic account plans
- Support and help develop regional strategies for our aftermarket support group including sells for spares, services, add on items, scheduling and related support
- Understands and utilize all resources within NOV to help drive wins and increase sales
- In-Depth Market Analysis - including market share analysis, customer profiles, competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Helps with sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Leads on key internal and external communication within dedicated region for CTN2.
- Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Responsible for managing and developing accounts across Latin America, including but not limited to; Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia and Brazil
