Purpose of this Digital project is to follow-up to CI Strategy implemented. CI strategy will be evolved from current process, scope and functionality to the next level by measuring relevant KPI's in all aspects and scope of the CI team. This includes participation in current and future Improvements fully implemented and with close follow-up with all involved areas and people responsible for each of these: ICBK, L6S, IP's, CapEx, WOR, MOR, DOR, Quality Wins, and other related to CI.

This position reports to
Continuous Improvement Manager
Your responsibilities
- Creation/Development/Programming/maintenance and code update to current applications in SharePoint platforms, Power Automate and/or other software/languages.
- Elaboration of support documentation on these apps and their codes, and user manuals.
- Support and involvement in the full catalog of reports from the BL: IP's, L6S trainings, ICBK, SIM, Quality Wins.
- Close follow-up to "Better Ideas+" platform to upload and conclude the "Upgrade Ideas" initiative as well as the "ABB Coins" platform and related tools.
- Follow-up to L6S IP's to meet tollgates, targets, savings, and final hand-over and closure in RelEx.
- Analysis and creation of reports with Power BI.
Your background
- Student of Systems, Software Engineering and/or related careers.
- Programming languages Essential: Visual Basic .NET, VBA, JSON, DAX, JAVA, and ease of learning new programming languages in a short time.
- Medium knowledge: Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Full Stack (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Laravel, Composer). Microsoft Power Bi, Microsoft Access.
- Disposables: C++, C#, Windows Batch Scripting, SAP Scripting
- Use of Essential Software: SQL Server, Visual Studio
- Basic knowledge of Power Dynamics 365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.),
- Initiative to solve errors during the process. Proactive, organized, responsible.
- English 80%; written and spoken.
