Entertainment Manager

Are you a master at creating unforgettable entertainment events? Can you create a luxury experience that envelops the senses and brings about unforgettable memories? If you possess exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering extraordinary entertainment, we have a thrilling opportunity for you!

What you will be doing:

• Ensure good time keeping of performances plus suitability of ambient lighting, sound levels and background music.
• Develop and implement a diverse and engaging entertainment program suitable for guests of all ages and interests.
• Organize and execute themed events, live performances, music nights, and other unique experiences that create a vibrant and enjoyable ambiance throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to integrate entertainment seamlessly into guest services and activities.
• Making sure that all operations run smoothly, including scheduling rehearsals and performances and making sure that all technical elements are working properly.
• Liaise with marketing to create advertisements or organize promotional events.

Requisitos

Your experience and skills include:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management / Hospitality / Public Relations.
• Minimum three years' in the required field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking to design unique and memorable entertainment experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple events and activities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
