The vast majority of the Job Responsibilities & Duties are developed within JAPANESE COMPANIES; therefore, these shall be performed in PROFICIENT JAPANESE and ENGLISH LANGUAGES:
1) Assists in the continued strategic growth of the company by developing, implementing, and adhering to strategic sales plans to achieve Company's corporate goals, recommending revisions on Strategy basis Business Environment.
- Assist in marketing and business development plan for assigned market areas of responsibility.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with new and existing customers, industry representatives and economic development representatives.
- Lead sales presentations to key customers
- Review Lead Progress for MNC / Japanese Business
- Add and maintain relationships with Clients to achieve set Japanese / MNC and individual targets
- Initiate Go-No Go Meeting with Mgt. for individual Clients.
- Build relationships to secure new business opportunities and prospects
- Build and develop new customer relationships through networking, attending industry events, and conferences.
- Expand Company's Business Development network and reach the south.
- Coordinate with the parent company on projects for international clients.
2) Availability to commute/relocate (Required)
3) Required for job interviews: make a presentation (English and Japanese) of success and failure cases, at least in your entire experience in Mexico.
4) Sales Experience: Overseas: 4 years, In Mexico: 2 Years (Required)
5) Language: JAPANESE Native and ENGLISH proficiency (Required)
6) Work VISA in Mexico (Required)
7) Driver's license (Required)
