Responsible for the management, operations, promotion, and sale to third parties of the components manufactured by Company in SLP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and manage all sales-related activities for assigned products.
Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with key decision-makers at the customers.
Identify customer needs, assess potential application of company products, and offer design solutions.
Provide timely and frequent written and verbal reporting on customer interaction and application details as required (including customer contact reporting in SalesForce).
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of the customers' products and services to formulate business strategies to drive revenue.
Act as the point of first reference for all future product-related inquiries.
Responsible for designing, proposing, and implementing an approved plan for sales resource coverage to manage and develop business within specified market segments and geographies.
Perform other duties related to the job function as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
1–3 years in sales for automotive customers.
Experience in inside sales preferred.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of production processes for automotive electronic components.
Familiarity with quality standards such as TS16949, production control, and planning.
Education:
University degree required in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
Language Skills:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Advanced Japanese speaking ability is highly desired.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and SalesForce.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
Experience working as a team player in an international environment.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time (majority domestic, some international).
Required to travel and stay in SLP at least 30% of the time.
Must be able to work from home if needed (requires suitable space and internet access).
Valid passport and US visa preferred.
Valid driver's license.
For foreigners, a valid work visa is required.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Gross monthly salary: (negotiable).
Performance bonus.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (may be required to work overtime on short notice).
