Task and Responsibilities

• Support operational and strategic objectives, through effective management and good practices.
• Oversee compliance with local labor laws maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
• Design and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure employee life cycle effectiveness.
• Plan and execute recruitment, selection, and induction activities for the company's personnel, in accordance with established policies and procedures, to ensure the availability of personnel as required.
• Lead onboarding of new hirings.
• Be a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth of the business environment.
• Guarantee the availability of resources in their area and ensure that employees have the necessary work tools to optimally perform their duties, ensuring high-quality services can be provided in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate medical services and security and hygiene staff.
• Payroll management.
