Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting 

·       5-10 years of accounting experience

·       Experience in Plastic Injection molding companies

·       Advanced conversational and written English

·       Set up of the new facilities (desirable)

·       Leadership/Management skills (desirable)

Experience 

·       5-10 years accounting experience

·       Experience in Plastic Injection Molding companies

·       Experience with ERP for molding facilities

·       Experience with accounting software (Netsuit-Oracle preferred)

·       Experience with plastic molding costing

Job Responsibilities

·       Oversee all operational accounting including:

·       Electronic invoicing (AR), invoice submission to customer portals and payment processing.

·       AP - approval of vendor invoices, assisting with portal configuration

·       Payroll

·       Monitor production costs and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting

·       VAT remittance

·       General ledger/accounts and bank reconciliations

·       Prepare year-end annual return

·       Manage commercial issues with appropriate personnel

·       Submission of all required documents to SAT

·       Working closely with external auditors to ensure all GAAP principles are followed 

·       Timely issuing monthly financial statements and performing analytical review to ensure accuracy in relation to sales, costs, labor, inventory management and finished goods

·       Balance sheet analysis reconciliations.

·       Maintain standard cost system which is used as the basis for inventory valuation and product profitability determination.
