As an Office Manager at 1-StopAsia, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the company's daily activities in our office located in Puebla, Mexico. You will work closely with the department heads to make certain that all company policies and procedures are being followed. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency across various departments. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.In addition, you will collaborate with the COO to recruit, train and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with department heads to ensure the smooth running of all company activities.
- Ensure that the office is always tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage all administrative and clerical tasks, including incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with the COO to recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, as well as implementing new policies where necessary.
- Maintain the company's confidentiality and security measures.
- Handle office budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

- Organizing business trips and teambuildings.
Requirements
- American or person who lived in the USA at least 10 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budgeting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Having a valid USA Visa will be counted as a benefit
