OBJECTIVE:

Based on compliance control programs, procedures and work instructions fulfill the company's efforts to shield international trade processes eliminating import and export risks.

ACTIVITIES:

• Maintains in compliance the company's facilitation and certification programs.
• Executes the domestic control programs, working instructions and procedures.
• Follows and enforces third party communication and working procedures.
• Engages with the annual compliance calendar.
• Guides on customs clearance procedures.
• Ensures the legal status of operations and fixed assets.
• Resolves daily customs clearance, checks operations document and gives clearance approvals.
• Coordinates accurate import and export customs clearance.
• Ensures and follow up facilitation and certification programs compliance.
• Keeps an eye on IMMEX, PROSEC, Steel permits and others accurate use.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree, International Bussiness, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration or Finance.
• + 2 years international trade analyst / compliance or logistics.
• Conversational English Level.
• Excel advanced.
• Oracle desirable.
