Job Requirements

? University degree or at least 5 years of equivalent related experience.

? Must have a visa to travel to the United States.

? Experience in metal manufacturing or metal distribution.

? General knowledge of SAP or MRP systems.

? Management experience.

? Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, with spoken and written communication skills.

? Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

? Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in performing work tasks and maintaining confidential information.

? Strong work ethic.

? Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with coworkers.

? Demonstrated ability to perform within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.

? Punctual, reliable, and competent.

? Tolerance for working under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform PPAPs

• Responsible for approving customer and supplier complaints

• Responsible for the quality management system

• Coordinate internal audits

• Follow-up on customer and supplier complaints

• Responsible for part-by-part error indicators and OTD (on-time delivery)

• Responsible for rework approval

• Responsible for corrective action follow-up

• Responsible for the quarantine area and disposal of non-conforming material

• Follow-up on supplier and customer credit notes

• Oversee the quality management system

• Responsible for quality management system document control.
